Before joining COMPASS CDT, I completed BSc in Mathematics and MSc in Statistics (Data Science) at Imperial College London, where I focused on computational statistics and data science.
During my Year 3 summer, I worked on the UROP project entitled ‘Comparing graph embedding methods for link prediction in cyber-security’. After that, my master’s thesis worked on the extended binary Poisson matrix factorization model to take node dynamics into account with the aim of improving performance of link prediction on large-scale dynamic networks. As a first-year student at COMPASS CDT, I will continue to focus on research about graph embedding.
