I finished MMath Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Oxford in 2022 before joining the COMPASS CDT. My focus was mainly on the stats side, Bayesian statistics in particular. I did a summer research project with Prof.Geoff Nicholls on the topological property of credible sets in high-dimensional settings in 2021. My master dissertation was about the HSIC test on Verma graph(a type of graphical model) supervised by Prof.Robin Evans and Prof.Dino Sejdinovic.

My current project is about population genetics, particularly focusing on the inference of population history (admixture events, coalescent) using various data sources. Besides this, I am also interested in graphical models and their applications in causal inference.
