I achieved a BSc in Mathematics at the University of Bristol, mainly made up of statistics units and my final year project in which I used survival analysis methods to investigate the time until recidivism for individuals released from prison within a 3-year observation period. I also completed a 6 week internship at the STOR-i CDT in Lancaster, where I completed a project concerning changepoint detection.
I am recently completed my mini-project supervised by Dan Lawson for the masters component of the COMPASS program, which evaluated different the ability of different methods to identify changes in structure between two datasets. I am now moving on to the main PhD project where I am working to extend this work into more general comparisons of heterogeneous datasets.
